How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to dispatch all orders on the same or next working day. If an item is made to order, this will be clearly stated in the product description, and you’ll be notified at checkout.

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class, which typically takes 2–3 working days. Please note that delays can occasionally occur, especially during busy periods like holidays.

International orders are shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked. Delivery times are approximately:

• 3–5 working days for EU destinations

• 5–7 working days for non-EU international destinations

As always, actual delivery times may vary depending on Royal Mail’s workload and any external factors.

 

What can I use your wool rope for?

Our wool ropes are incredibly versatile and suited to a wide range of uses. Customers have used them for:

What range is best for my project?

We offer a variety of ranges, each made from a different breed of sheep or sheep type — you can explore them all on our Meet the Flock page.

If you're unsure which range is right for you, we recommend ordering one of our sample packs. This will give you a feel for the texture, colour, and overall quality of each rope, helping you make the perfect choice.

 

Do you offer trade prices?

Yes, we do! If you're interested in trade pricing, just drop us an email at admin@sustainablerope.com. We’ll be happy to chat about minimum order quantities and how you can qualify for our trade rates.

 

Are your ropes strength tested?

Yes — all of our ropes undergo strength testing as part of our commitment to quality and innovation. While we don’t publish detailed results online (due to ongoing R&D), we’re always happy to discuss this directly.
